To begin, we sign a contract and you fill out a registration form, where you detail your editing style. After that, our customer service team provides all the instructions for sending the photos through our secure platform (WeTransfer professional).

We offer three service proposals to adapt to your needs:
- Proposal 1: You make basic development adjustments and our team does the complete finishing (skin, background, liquification, scene cleaning).
- Proposal 2: Our team performs complete development and finishing from the RAW files.
- Proposal 3: We only carry out the development, with basic adjustments (exposure, white balance, cropping and lighting).
THE Revelation These are basic technical adjustments such as exposure, contrast, cropping, white balance and noise reduction.
Already the Finalization It is a more detailed treatment, such as skin smoothing or texturing, removal of unwanted objects, liquification, background cleaning and specific adjustments depending on the type of shoot (newborn, female, portraits, etc.).
- Newborn: Adjustment of flaky skin, jaundice, neonatal acne, purple hands and feet.
- Pregnant/Female: Correction of stretch marks, cellulite, veins, body shaping (double chin, arms, buttocks).
- Male portraits: Softens dark circles, corrects excess redness and ingrown hairs.
These adjustments are detailed in our contractual annexes.
Some more complex adjustments, such as changing the color of the clothes, erasing underwear or changing the entire setting, require prior assessment and may generate additional costs.
Photos must be uploaded via our WeTransfer business account. You must organize the files and provide:
- Your name
- Name of the person photographed
- Selected proposal
- Number of photos to be edited
- Specific observations
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the proposal and the volume of photos sent. Specific details are available in our contract and service proposal.
Payment for the first 10 jobs is made in advance. After that, we invoice monthly. The statement is sent on the 1st of each month, and payment must be made by the 5th business day.
Yes! We never close our schedule to repeat clients. We have a permanent team and support freelancers to ensure continuous service and on-time delivery.
Late payments are subject to interest and other contractual conditions. It is important to keep payments up to date to ensure continuity of service.
